In my opinion they didn't show the details such as UI or how adventuring etc works cause frankly most gamers don't care>.>

Many people among them me also, wanted to see combat, big sieges and naval battles. You know the cool stuff of the game.

The UI and the more practical stuff are to be left for when they launch their beta and they have to explain their system to the players. For now the fact that they hype us is enough.

I will say: They're not very experienced at any of this. They aren't refined in business model or execution. They aim big... but have no helping hand to pull them along. They're missing a lot of things and just as I mentioned in another thread---- players are tired of the same chet in all other MMOs and are chasing the ideal because they're starving--- as one Darkfall fan admitted: They're clinging to the idea.

Aventurine is full of shit, the teaser was trash, and I'm still thoroughly convinced this game will never release.

Tell that to their European publisher, I think they'd like to know. REALISTIC PEOPLE would say the game is coming out, they just don't know in what manner of quality. You're just a troll.

The video that was just released a few days ago tells us nothing. Any clown can turn the UI off, jack up the graphics on his high end PC and record some pretty 3rd person video in game.  And I don't care that the devs said the video was recorded on medium graphical settings. I don't buy it.  Besides, it wasn't really impressive anyway. There were quite a few choppy and dated looking scenes. I imagine those are more along the lines of what the game will actually end up playing like if it ever sees the light of day.

Where is the equivalent video from the Darkfall devs? What are they hiding? 

Its called "Greek business" They do things differently, focussing on detication to there own business sense which is full of very strict no slack rules. They wouldnt break there own rules once theyve set them. They started the project saying its not about PR or the fame, they will 100% keep it that way. I doubt you will see too much extra till it is released too except for NDA leaks... But really youre stupid if you think its fishy, there are over 30 Dev diaries rich in information, you just dont realize it.

Aventurine is a even smaller Indie developer then Icarus (Fallen Earth), and they have to work in their way. Maybe thay will pull it of, maybe they wont. Everyone knows that.

And about the video, i think the OP knows you dont have a UI when you play. If you need it you puch RMB to see the UI....and then you remove it gain.

But seriously, there were so much information in that video. If anyone looks at it..they will see most features. Aventurine is famous for not rubbing information in the face. As the finishing move at the end of the video. They dont make a big fuzz about it.

The only thing ive noticed fanboys doing is defending a game they are looking forward too after haters go and "professionally" bash it for no reason. Easly to see which side to take. Even though i am personally skeptical myself on what will happen at release.
