They are claiming the game will launch in 2008.  How long can a beta be when theres less then 4 months left in the year? A few short weeks at most?

They are booting this out.. Just like Ubisoft finally did to Shadowbane.  Bug ridden and outdated.

OOh lets think your talking distribution... not the monthly charge.... you need to think a bit harder or is that try a bit harder.  Go do a bit of reading on the game you appear clueless, please come up with a discussion point or crawl back under your stone. 

just have to draw attention to that report.  it did say they were expecting to release a beta in october.  nothing was 100% confirmed yet.  anyway its good news either way.

At least it will be coming out the door... how it got there is another matter.

I honestly can't believe how desperate you vapour trolls are getting.  The beta is only going to be to see if we want to but the game, So stfu and gtfo.

Partially right , the Beta will actiually be an open beta. I think they will also allow player a insight before they buy ... A starter island with 10 hours of gameplay . They have always intended an open beta and have stated it will be short unless there are unforseen problems.. if i remember rightly.

Then we can finally compare the reviews and the games "Age of Conan" vs "Darkfall" since all these Darkfall fans have been so persistent in trashing Age of Conan and even calling it a "hoax" here.

Can't wait to see all of the promised features of Darkfall functional and running as Tasos has told us. LMAO.

Oh boy this is gonna be good. This game is gonna make Dark and Light and Mourning look great in contrast.

It is good to see that Adventurine has finally given up on this game now though and that all the fans will finally get their bubbles busted and realize that their dreams have been ohhh so unrealistic.

I honestly can't wait for this.

The shit is truly gonna hit the fan. And it will be fun to watch this time around.

You'll finally see that ME and all the others here you call "trolls" are not actually trolls soon enough when you discover that everything we've been saying has been pretty accurate and that Darkfall is actually a total P.O.S. and another big promise failed by some unheard of small development team.
