There was some speculation about 18th because their holiday ends then but Brannoc said in IRC that the vid will be released on a Friday. So it's either 22-nd or 29-th.

While playtesting we're getting a lot of video footage that's going to end up in a video we'll be releasing next month so you'll get an idea of what we've been talking about.
 

You can interpret that as by Aug. 18th or anytime in August. Considering it was a "in a few weeks" since May 23rd, and we have not heard any new updates in a couple weeks (Euro v. US release), let alone any clarification or hard date, I don't see Aug. 18th interpretation as unreasonable. I'll be somewhat forgiving if the video shows up on Friday 22nd and is complete. But I've pretty much given up on Darkfall, especially since there's no way they will be able to release this year.

IS anyone here really surprised?  Tasos has delayed plenty of things, and this will be no different.

I'd be surprised if he even gave out a video.

Everytime I see it, I think people are calling him "Tacos" and not Tasos...Just a lysdexia thing I guess

I think this games gonna blow, and I was lookin forward to it. You don't delay a game this long, unless there is a reason you don't want people to see it yet. I'm still hopeful....but I am also a realist.

Anyways, be glad if they aren't pulling artists from production to generate a useless PR movie.
