This forum is not a good venue for supporters of the game. No such venue exists because the game will never be released. This forum is for humor purposes only, and the few people that actually believe this game will be released are misleading themselves. You cannot WILL a game into existence :(

It will release garrenteed in what shape or form no clue

I think if I had to choose between a company releasing no information on the state of a game, and a company releasing false information on the state of the game, I would go with the former. This is why I still look forward to darkfall whenever it comes, and not so much games like AoC.

In the end these are just games, not important to life, just a little passtime to enjoy in my free hours. Whether one is or isn't released or does or doesn't meet the features that its promised, not going to lose sleep over it. Just drop it and move onto the next one.

They all all direct quotes from the deveolpers themselves , except for 2. Those 2 are links to posters who are posting developers quotes in their messsage . So it is the exact same thing

If you were at all interested in the truth, you would accept that. But it is totally clear that you no longer care about the truth at all.

People widely accused Team Fortress 2 of vapourware because of the number of years it was in development, but now it's out and it's majorly awesome. Point being that good things take time. WOW was in development for 4 years, and those guys had a much much larger development team.

Honestly though i don't see the point of the OP. The game is clearly in development -- there are updates, screenshots and videos released on a regular basis and the development team is clearly not going hungry so they obviously have the resources to make the game exactly as they want it.

Which is exactly how they should be doing it. No point releasing tons of marketing/hype info until they are on the verge of release.

Today MMORPG market sucks bigtime. A never ending story of carebear games.

A game that sticks out like Darkfall do will be nothing but a success. Who wanna play WoW, WoW-clones and carebear games if there is a good choice as Darkfall?

Im dont play MMORPG games at the moment cause there isnt anyone worth playing. And im not alone. There is loads, and loads of hardcore veteran MMORPG players with a taste for more mature games that would love to play Darkfall and is frustrated there isnt one game arround thats worth playing.

The game will fall behind sooner or later.  Why wait for who knows how long, when you can go play AoC of WAR.  These games and others willl sooner surpass Darkfall, if they already haven't, and this game wiull soon be left behind.  Sure, a game like this has a chance of being a success, but it's greatness will run out.

I dont know what it is youre not getting? I would never play crapgames like AoC or Warhammer if they so paid me 1000$ for so. Both is carebear games and my time playing carebear games is long over. There is just no longlasting interest in games like that.
