Having been a beta tester for this game since earlier this year, I can honestly say that the F2P model is exactly where this game belongs. It's not a horrible game by any means, but it's not truly what I would consider an MMOG. CrimeCraft will find the F2P model a perfect fit and flourish I think...

Yes it is, but only for the physical copy i believe.

Us beta testers warned vogster on many things but they simply never listened so this was bound to happen, such a great game with huge potential destroyed by devs again. Kinda breaks my heart.

I played the game in beta and thought that it would make a great free to play game with a cash shop.  Fun to goof around in but certainly nothing I would subscribe to.  This is either the develpers realizing that and switching over, or this is a last ditch effort to avoid bankruptcy and shutdown.  Hellgate london anyone?

I'm happy to see Vogster open up their eyes.

This is the second game I've seen go down this road (following Auran's Fury) in believing that an interactive Lobby merits a subscription.

The game is essentially a lobby with instanced fights a'la any other shooter.

I hope to see Crimecraft do well, but I just don't see it happening.  The damage has been done.  To recover, they're going to have to seriously advertise.

Its the first game I've seen where much more advertising is done in game for various brands than actual advertisements of the game itself.

Free me ass, its just a trial. You cant do anything after lvl 10 really, you get 1/10th the exp normal people do and you barely make any cash and trust me its already hard enough to make cash. Really bad move on there part, this is gonna piss off people more than make em wanna join.
