Y2Kekse writes: Terrible customer service (you should see the conversations I've had with them, where they think I reported myself or don't understand what I mean when I say I found a bug and accidentally cheated). The only reason to stay is for the community, and even that is degenerating. Many players quit, and many more join them. The gameplay is bland, too simple, and the game itself takes up too much bandwidth for what it's worth. The interface is too simple to cause lag on your system, so why does it? Then again, that may be just me, but I play plenty of other MMOs and they never act like this. Wed Sep 30 2009 6:42PM
