    A pair of new events taking place in Artix Entertainment's AdventureQuest Worlds will shine the spotlight on world celebrations. Beginning this evening, players will be able to celebrate the Carnaval of Brazil and the Chinese New Year in the game and collect costume pieces, battle against Brazilian and Chinese foes, and explore themed villages.

    Artix Entertainment has announced that a special Valentine's Day event will kick off on Friday, February 10th and will feature Australian singer Mia J. Park. Players are challenged to find Mer'angel (Park herself) and take a journey into the Underworld to reunite two separated lovers. Park's music will be featured during the event.

    Artix Entertainment has announced an all new musical event to be held in-game this Friday, April 15th. The concert will star Chinese R&B/pop singing sensation Ayi Jihu. Jihu is an R&B/pop singer who was recently called the "Chinese Madonna" on BBC. She has over 100 million song downloads in China. Friday's AdventureQuest Worlds special event will be her first in-game concert.
