It was a threat to get the botters who farm gold to transfer their gold funds off to other accounts in hopes of them tracking that gold and deleting those accounts. I hope it works out, the Chinese ruin every online game.

I would personally bow and shake their hands,we need more devs like this to step up and d osomething,it shows they care about their game.

I never stopped ROFL from most of Jagex posts:

like "we know how to deal with bots"
or " we gonna charge you 200$ fr using bot" so lame. =D

this company is the most jester I've ever seen in my MMO life, worth to look at RS and have fun of Jagex IMO.

Even if it will not be as big success as Jagex hopes I still bow before them and I hope other devs will do similarly. 

Even if some botters prevail and anti-bot campaign just make them a bit less in numbers it is good. 

I like when devs are caring for game and actually spend money and effort to figh botters, even if you cannot win completly.

Last year Guild Wars announced abn for over 3,5k accounts, may be it will work for RS if Jaxed do the same.

Over 75% of played base were pro bots or botting people but nothing much were shown at high score after they made anti bot band flow.

So far, this has been the most effective bot ban I have seen from Jagex  EVER. I was skeptical , but from what I have seen so far, Good Job Jagex.

Yews with closest bank- Bot free

Dragons- bot free

Fishing -Bot free

mining spots- bot freeThis is the least amount of bots I have ever seen in the game. I hope they do sue everyone they can as well as hard drive ban.

I saw one dragon bot that seemed to not be working. It was in the same spot a while until it finally logged out. Thank you Jagex for breaking the bots!

Maybe just maybe they can start fixing other areas of the game that need improvement now?
