In an attempt to get more of you freeloading free-players to sign-up to RuneScape Members, Jagex's marketing department has hatched a new plan: Every month, they'll give away $10,000/month (10 prizes of $1000 each) for a year in 2011. The winners will be randomly selected. The only catch is that you have to have an active RuneScape Members membership. Don't feel TOO bad if you're a free-player though. There's still a way to enter: You have to send Jagex a post-card via regular mail.

Although this sounds just like a draw, Jagex are still calling it a "competition". This is weird because in competitions, you normally expect to compete (in a race or challenge). But hey, I don't care what they're calling it, if there's free money involved, then I'm not complaining! More info when I have it.
