I don't know what but something still feels off about the  combat animations.  A bit stiff maybe? And since why do sith glow red? (ok that is most likely a buff of some kind and yes I'm just poking fun at it)

Hmm.... I've been looking foward to ToR since the beginning and I still am.  But this looked like utter crap.  The black eyeliner... the horrible looking armor, the clunky animations.

If this is the best they have currently there's still a long way to go to even be on par with KOTOR.  Which is pretty sad.

Maybe it's just me,as I had no desire to play a Sith anyway.  I really, really.... really hope the Bounty Hunter and Imperial Agent armor designs are better than this. 

I know all the "it's still in alpha, the graphics haven't been finalized," etc.  But that doesn't change the fact that the armor looks like a Quake 2 mod.

The bounty hunter clip looked good. This one looks...meh.

I have yet to see anything that proves either A)exploration is possible and not some weak restricted travel paths or B) That BW has any intention of actually listening to the fans.

So far BW seems to be doing a good job of acting just like SOE and showing no communication with the community and trying to re-write SW-canon. Both are great recipes for fail.

They didn't really depict either class...they showed the sith warrior...no sort of difference between them that I could see anyway, i mean i love how the game is coming along and can't wait to play it, but if their intent was to show some of the differences between the 2 advanced classes, that didn't happen at all.  It was just a sith warrior game play trailer.

@ Czanrei What SW-canon ?!? The old Republic was more or less created by Bioware and Lucas Arts together ... remember KOTOR. So they can do what the hell they want and it doesnt go against anyone or anything as long as Lucas Arts approves of the Concept that they hand in.

I for one enjoyed the World that Bioware created way more then any of the Movies and cannot wait to play this Game. Have been waiting for a KOTOR 3 for years and when I saw that they were making this [ KOTOR 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 .. ] , I was like " hell yeah ". Why just settle for 1 game when you can have a persistent World were you can play and experience it all along with other people.

All I can say is bring it on Bioware.

I really hope there is a gore function.  Striking someone with a lightsabre and they act like they have been tazered will not wash.

FYI guys, the character models are exactly the same. You're just seeing not cloth armor or bounty hunter gear on a really overly-buf dude for the first time.

The fighting animations looks old, like on the last SW mmorg.

Theres no grace there... are just odd. I was expecting to see something like on Jedy Accademy but this looks far from it.

But honestly, I'm not particularly impressed with this video.  And far too many posting comments are using the word "Epic" in a completely inappropriate way.  Epic does not me Good.  It means a hella lot more than good.  And this video is not that.

Animations looks terrible, way to stiff a 12 year old animator could do better. I looked forward to this, but, there's just something over the game, I hate... It's the combat, animations, graphics they look terrible. I bet the story will be good, but I want some graphic factor in the game as well. I am done with those cartoonish looking mmo's like wow.

So, honestly, the graphics and the animations don't looks so good.

Maybe they should be releasing these videos closer to the release?

Hopefully they will give the animations another pass, and you could cut off limbs etc in Kotor couldn't you? *shrug*

This game would have been much better if Bioware designed their own graphics engine instead of contracting the "never was" Heroes Journey and just re-skin.

Shame on you Bioware! No excuse for this cheap quick easy way out when you have such a massive budget.
