  • Warzones & Crafting Information

    Yesterday, EA presented its Winter Showcase in London, England. During the event, the Bioware team revealed a lot of exciting information about the PvP Warzones and Crafting for Star Wars: The Old Republic. Among other things revealed was the information that the PvP planet, Alderaan, will be an objectives-based 8v8 PvP mission to control the planet's defenses. Rewards will come in the form of tokens and XP. SWTOR blog site, Darth Hater, has all the information.

    The Holonet on the Star Wars: The Old Republic site has been updated with another planet profile. This time the featured planet is Ilum. Long a bone of contention between Jedi and Sith, Ilum is a planet in crystal resources necessary for lightsabres. As it stands, the Empire remains in control of Ilum as the Republic has been unable to retake the planet.
