    Electronic Arts CEO John Riccitiello mentioned that a "major new massively multiplayer online game" would not be shipping within EA's 2011 fiscal year, which ends on March 31st, according to a report by Joystiq. EA CFO Eric Brown later confirmed that Star Wars: The Old Republic is "not included in our FY11 release slate."

  • Bastila VA Jennifer Hale Joins Voice Cast

    Jennifer Hale, the voice of Bastila in Knights of the Old Republic and female Shepard in both Mass Effect 1 & 2, has been confirmed to be on board The Old Republic, according to a report over at DarthHater. Of course, it is still a mystery as to who exactly Ms.Hale will be voicing, but her participation in the project definitely bodes well for BioWare's claims of an excellent voice cast for The Old Republic.
