It appears the document was legit, although all those features will likely be on the cash-shop, instead of freebies with the "expansion", aka DLC.

It also gives some attention to the EA Louse (Fall 2010), who also leaked info, which later turned out to be (within reason) true.

Almost makes me congratulate them for having the balls, but after watching them work, it’s obvious they don’t have any. They’re cowards running scared trying to hide under the wing of Bioware, now that Rob has become a general manager of EA.

Just look around, many are still around and they are jaded as f*ck. Its funny too, because many of them feel ripped off even though the red flags were up since beta; they really have only themselves to blame for buying the hype with nothing but the developer's promises.

Anyway, it's clear now that EA was set on charging for this all along. The "we may not charge" was basically just them covering their butts in case the survey results were unfavourable. 

Those are some ridiculous surveys. It is basically asking, if we cut/didn't bother to add certain parts of the expansion what is the most money we can charge anyway and then charge some more with it in the cartel market...
