Well, a housing system was introduced some time after this OP was written so that point is moot now. As for crafting and what have you...this is a family game which means kids are playing. I don't think a kid could necessarily grasp a complex crafting system like an older gamer could. I think, for what it is, it's a good game. I was impressed by the voice overs and by the time it took to animate each spell. Rather than making it generic, they actually put work into it. The camera angle changes and you don't get just odd little sparks here and there, you get creatures and what have you which is a nice touch I think. And since I last played, they updated it more. Now you can pick up items and the animations seem to have changed which is cool. Also, the people in charge seem to really care. I made a thread on the official site some time ago and actually had a GM or whatever answer and ask some questions to get more opinions and information. I've never had someone do that before and I really think it reflects well on the whole team so I give it two thumbs up.
