It's official the Mortal Online Limited Collectors Edition Loot Bags now sell on ebay for more than twice what you paid for it if you were lucky enough to buy one from StarVault.  

Double your money in two years.  It was a better investment than buying actual StarVault stock.  

So we are advertising ebay auctions now??  I am going to go out on a limb and say no one will buy that. Especially since we all know the disc is as good as a coaster.

Oh yeah remember when they said that empty disc slot was for the working disc to be sent out later.  How well did that go?

I'm actually surprised that these even saw the light of day.

..you do realize that "sell" means that someone will actually buy them, which yet has not happened? I can go list a pile of crap on ebay for 200$ and make same claim as yours, but I doubt anyone would buy it.

 i blame him, for not reading the contents or looking at the pictures. But if someone offers you a poo in a box dont buy it expecting a chocolate bar when it says in the description poo in a box.

Care to share a link which describes the content included in the limited edition boxes as poo? cause i fail to found one even though i can see in the video it is a poo. Deathshroud pls dont be a hypocrite you dont own a boxed version nor a limited edition version. If you where you would be entitled to feel bad about it have every right in the world to complain about it but atm all you do is making fun of those who did spend their nice money and bought as you say a "poo". I also fail to find a link which describes and let buyers know that the DVD's in all boxed versions would be worthless, outdaded, non functional and they could not serve their actual purpose which isnt anything else but installing the game.

And i will drive this a little further out. What do you think it will happen if one of those unsatisfied buyers will pull SV in a court of law asking for a full refund? its simple it will just open a case that SV will be forced to refund ALL of the customers that bought the "poo" and that will not be good since the money no longer exist.

I saw the HYoutube of mortal onlien collector's edition. Did that guy pay over 100 euros for a book manuel with 16 pages of art work and empty pages??? Jesus for the love of god that is MO loot bag of Poo. I feel sorry for that guy in the youtube.

Just buying MO at release turned out to be a rip off let alone that silly special edition thing.. feel real sorry for people who brought that.

You do realize that there is such very dynamic term as quality? You can receive the exact item you promised, but the quality of which will be utter crap. I think if you paid for a car which was described and what is more important cost as much as a Ferrari, you would be quite disappointed if a Volvo arrived instead.

So cut the "her got what he paid for" crap, you know better.

Yea seriously, when he showed the collector's edition game manuel. I was expecting something epic but instead. The youtube guy showed 16 pages of art work and the rest empty pages. Litterly empy pages for a collector's edition manuel.

Its nuts, I would not pay over $100 dollars or 100 euros for that limited edition bag of Poo.

I facepalmed when he showed the empty pages of game manuel, HE GOT RIPPED OFF big time. How can SV rip off their potential players like that, even better how can SV justify treat their potential players like that. Its borderline highway robbery.

the reviewer in the youtube is correct, its soo Sandebox its game  manuel is sandbox tooo which is why its game manuel has tons of empty pages,  LOL.!!!!!!!!!!!!

Doing a search on ebay, I do not see any mortal online lootbags, current or as completed listings?

If I could recooperate my god awful purchase, let alone double it, I would do so in a heartbeat.

edit: I found one current european auction... no way anyone would pay that outrageous sum.

Sandbox artbook. Funniest thing I've seen in ages. That video was painful to watch, poor MO players and their "CE".

I remember the day the pre-orders/collectors edition shop went open, they said a time and date and had a big timer i think.

People were frantically hitting F5 crashing it, then all the collectors editions sold out in minutes due to the hype, based on nothing, i think it was just labelled as a jute bag of awesome stuff. How they have got away with all their antics i don't know lol.

Yeah, I bought the CE of pure hype, but was smart enough to sell it prior to launch :P

P.S. That CE bag on ebay didn't sell.. what a surprise.

I'm ashamed to admit I bought one of these way back then... Threw that shit out just a couple days ago in fact. The youtube review captures perfectly how I felt about this loot bag of crap, and I can't believe anyone would want to buy one now.

I did keep the MO DVD box because it acually is kind of nice. I keep it on my desk as a reminder to never believe this kind of BS hype ever again.

Oh well. Still its cool to see the collectability value with such a new IP as MO.

Dude you are laying the VM on kinda thick....  DO you actually truely beleive the loot bag would ever go up in price??

The only way I see that happening is if maybe the art book that came BLANK was drawn in by a famous artist.  Then MAYBE it would go up in price.
