I just started my third free trial and the game seems to have come a long way in alot of areas, A REALLY LONG WAY, but the client has been crashing and the server just crashed...I am 1 hour in and this has already happened. It is not a very good experience.

AGH WHY WOULD I EVEN TRY AND PAY FOR THIS?!?!?!

Ehh I do too but when you get killed by someone 10 feet from you, or mobs warp around you or in you among the other countless bugs I just can't I am hoping the next big patch is a miracle patch like the rest were SUPPOSED to be.

Time will tell.

with how horrible the selection of MMO's is now adays I really dont even care. I remember the mobs flying around but that isnt happening any more. I almost feel like making a newbie guild here. I think that would help alot like it did for my in Darkfall.... JUST NEED SERVERS TO BE STABLE!

There is a newb guild in Fabernum called Newbies. Feel free to join them.

As for the server it was a bit crazy today...not sure what the deal was. On a nomal day it's pretty stable, although they do do a server reboot at least once a day and sometimes its at annoying times depending on your timezone.Client crashes due occasionallyl happen still to some, I've been luck not to have many but others have complained about them.

I played for the month of November and the server didn't crash on me once then. I'm not sure what's going on now, but a couple of months ago, it was very stable.

 Usually the server is quite stable, i think it went down for maintenance around the time you posted this, maybe to resolve the crash or it was the reason or you thinkin it crashed since i have been on all night for the msot part helping my guild defend gk and it didnt go down for me other than maintenance.

No idea why your client mgiht be crashing its extremely rare that i crash.

there are laready a few guilds setup in fab for new players, one is called newbie [new] who seem generally helpful and really wnat to help out there members, the other is Storm Cloaks [SC] who seem to want to grief other newbies and take in members who would rather pk and annoy others.

I was just killing pigs a couple days ago and they were warping all around me.

I turned off shadows and that seemed to fix the client side problem....still when they reset the server is terrible timing for me lol. I just got home and get one and the first thing I see is the server is going down in 2 minutes lol. Bad luck.

I would also like to mention that there are far few a** hats in fab then I remember. I did have a guy attack me and I blocked then he called guards and I got killed.... which is a little stupid to me but I am not one to complain from lossing a few logs.

I kept an eye on it, and I wanted to also, but I never got the will to buy/try it, all the bugs/cheats and stuff that was screwed up, that was left not dealt with (think it was remembering about some weapon combos making super weapons, it being fixed, but people kept them, something like that).....I can deal with some bugs and such, but when those cause competitive disadvantages, along with the scandals they had, I just lost intrest. 

Now if they got things running nice, and things seemed to be legit, and the scandles were a thing of the past, I may play, on a new server that was not tainted by the past of MO...

Blocking doesnt make you grey. So calling the guards wouldnt have an impact on you if all you did was blocking. He should be grey for attacking instead and you would be able to call the guards on him.

Fabernum is a grief filled city. Theives are everywhere as it's one of the most populated and nooby filled cities.

As someone else said you can't go grey from blocking. New players most often accidentally go grey because they loot a stolen item (never loot anything from a corpse with an (S) in from of the name...even if the corpse is grey) or they getpushed and thought they got attacked, so they attack the pusher (never attack anyone that isn't grey in a town).

Also if someone is ever snooping in your pokets (it will say they are in the chat box if you catch them) push them (attack while blocking, it doesn't turn you grey unless you spam it on someone who is blue) and they will go grey allowing you to "guard" them.
