What do you think, will population increase after game goes "freemium"? I'd love to play Ryzom again, but population s too low imo to fully enjoy it.

Does anybody know If old accounts/trial will go free, or do i need to create new one?

I hope the old accounts can go freemium. That would convince me to load it on my computer.

oh well, the announcement says new accounts:

We are pleased to announce that from now on, players that create a new account can play Ryzom without time or place limits.
