It looks like there might be a patch coming Monday, October 12. Anyone heard anything else on it?

Sure devs will post detailed info and patch notes before monday.

Very nice I was getting worried that Ryzom just didnt have the funding through the community to keep working on upgrades to the client.

Lets hope they add something to the game other than just bug fixes.

I know they had shown pictures of an updated UI in an earlier blog post. I'm not sure if that will be included in this patch or not.

Very nice!

New tatoos, UI improvements, Web added, New boss respawns, New text.

Pretty decent patch and I'm really looking forward to the New content for high skill players in the next patch.

Honestly they dont need to add much into Ryzom.

Maybe a few more missions, a new zone or two for the higher skill guys and Revamp on the ryzom ring mechanic and the game is perfect.
