Hi everyone,
We are currently aware of some confusion regarding the Fileplanet downloads. One of the most common errors we are finding is people not completely verifying their email addresses with Fileplanet. They have moved to a Gamespy ID system, and even older users may not have verified emails. If you are new to Fileplanet, your verification email may have gone to your spam folder, please check there. Follow these steps to verify your email and receive your key. 1. Log into Fileplanet 2. Go to https://www.gamespyid.com/emailverify.aspx to see if your email address has been verified. If it shows that it is not verified, click the link on that page to verify your email. 3. You will be sent a verification email, it may take a few minutes. Make sure you click the link given in the email to verify your address. Make sure the webpage says it is verified. 4. Log out of Fileplanet to clear your cookie. You may also want to manually clear your cookies / cache to make sure it is gone. 5. Shut down all your browers just to make double sure your cookies are cleared. 6. Open a browser and log back into Fileplanet to re-enable your cookie 7. Go to http://www.fileplanet.com/betas/ryzom.aspx You should now get your key! Fadinaway Fadinaway |
