I finally got my activation key

This morning it was still showing my bf all zeros and I couldnt even get my validation done. Finally we found out from other peoples imput (thank you all) we logged out of file planet then went to tools and then internet options, deleted our cookies, restarted our computers then went back to file planet logged back in and went to www.fileplanet.com/betas/ryzom.aspx and then had to type in the letters in the green box...and ta da the key was there.  I hope this works for someone else.

I wish i was more help

I know that some people had to verify their address a few times, log out of fileplanet, delete the cookies, shut off their computer for a few then when they came back they had the verification email and then were able to find the key on that page

Tech support emailed me back from file planet and said they have been having problems all day. I hope it starts working for you

nah but thx tho ... I guess I'm doing something wrong.

Well I just hope fileplanet staff can send me a cd-key thru mail ... otherwise im not sure I'll be able to test Ryzom

hehe I just recieved my cd-key through my email..just took them over 24 hours to do it...i dont know if you have a email with a spam or bulk section but you might check in there for responses..i found my cd-key in my bulk mail which i usually just delete without looking at it.

Lets say I've tried once every hour or so

I need a MMORPG  fix ... MEDIC !!!!

After so many mmorpg's im so tired of getting use to new controls hehe

btw im on crash number 6 right now

cant use my sound as of yet completely freezes my computer
