okay yeah, I understand his purpose is to inform people about the game, but he comes off like a carny screaming at you to come throw the rings on the bottles.

They're all carnival barkers and snake oil salesmen. That's all spin doctors and PR reps ever have been.

The game looks decent as long as there are 100 people per zone/map it should be a lot of fun. If they cut back and turn it into a lobby style 12vs12 GTA game it'll suck.

After hearing this guys grating voice, I feel like I've been raped at a used car dealership. He didn't do justice to trying interest people in the game. The game footage was bad, you just couldn't tell really what was going on.

Yes its a GTA copy basicly, A online shooter were gangs can also controll the streets to a degree.

Its fairly heavy whit instances, (city zone "name"  * x 100 player instances)  but it works out nicely.

Just dont go into the game thinking its a open world(city)  mmorpg. Its not.

i am so getting this game asp..  as their the guys who did the gta games i can see it being a lot of fun, its about time we had a decent online shooter, hasnt been one since planetside imo :D

The "death" music can be customized so that when you kill someone, they will hear the music you made.  Some are pretty funny such as an Enforcer with "Bad Boys" as their "death" toon or "na na na na naaaa naaaa."

The game is more than just a shooter. The guy playing in this video was clearly just learning the game. There is a lot of action, leveling up, customization and did I say ... action?" It is PvP at it's core from what I gather.

Don't ask me how I know all this ... I just do :)

It's GTA Online on the PC.  The customization is indeed very deep especially by MMO standards.  All I an say about the gameplay is it's different, yet gets my heart thumping constantly.  And thats against just one cop, get in a group and the fun multiplies with the mayhem.

Honestly this video is so bad that it would turn out potential customers.

making a present time mmo is still looking stupid. wait for graphical and artificial intelligence developments or go on with elves and dwarves. sorry guysi i can't feel it :(

Absolutely ZERO interest in GTA online ..../next

The game looked good but that guy doing his sales pitch was a laugh. "Its a Action game at its heart, thats what we do, thats what we know." Its worth listerning to just for the rubish he spouts. :)

But the game is definatly one to keep an eye on.

The rep kills any footage. The shirt needs to be burned. The voice needs to be canned and the footage would be more interesting if it wasn't somebody running around. Hoping for the best however.

A frustrating trailor, the screen doesn't show anything particularly MMO and i can't tell if the graphics are poor or if it is just the video footage. Assuming the latter then I have to agree with previous posters. This clip would appear to massively undersell the game largely due to that annoying carnie. If Samual was this annoying we would not be having to endure such a tortuous 'what will he do with his added power' storyline in Heroes as they'd all have simply run a million miles from him.

Im a Closed beta tester and only one what i can say : It will be Awesome !  They are on the right way to fix all bugs !

From the information i have gathered from multiple sites this game is nothing like "GTA online" it is its own game and you shouldnt assume its just gonna be like gta online untill you try it or you might miss a cool fps mmo.

looks like it will be amazing. I suspect many of the negative comments come from nubs not wanting to let go of their 'i win' overpowered classes and rows of specials that they're used to in other games.

If this game can keep the lag down then it will be epic
