Yesterday we, and a number of other media outlets, picked up a story from MCV that the upcoming MMO APB from Realtime Worlds would hit shelves in March of 2010.
In the process of verifying the information ourselves, we learned that this is not actually the case and that no announcement had, in fact, been made regarding the exact month of launch:
“Just to confirm," said company representative Chris Dye, "we have stated a Q1 2010 release or the PC version of APB and that we are fully focused on this version of APB initially, but that we will continue to look at the various console options as a potential post PC release opportunity.
Any more specific dates, or info regarding other versions of APB are just speculation / rumors based on the information we have made available.”
