Yes, they have a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA), and it prohibits even acknowledging that you are in beta. I'm not here to complete my forum PVP dailies.

The information is coming from people who got in, and even though they're under the Non Disclosure Agreement, they're still letting it be known. Ganking? Me!? That's absurd!!
