On one of the podcasts, it was mentioned that "The price and payment model have not been finalized yet but we can say it won't be the traditional monthly subscription model."

Thoughts on this? Does that turn anyone away from the game?

Speculation?

I would say it will be $49.99 us to purchase then it may have a cash shop or micro subscription fee. Probably around $9.99. Take a look at Crime Craft's payment modal. It may be similar.

Well, they did say it's like not like the norm, so who knows, maybe they'll make the losing side each month cough up some dough hehe. I am kidding, of course.

Ganking? Me!? That's absurd!! I leave THAT to the lawyers!

This is just a multiplayer game with bigger player support on servers, i don't think they should charge any fees after the initial box price. But then again greed spins the world around, so who knows.

Currently playing: Tasosfail

Dead and Buried: AO, AC2, Vanguard, CoH/V, EnB, EVE, Neocron, FE, EQ, EQ2, DAoC, FFXI, SWG, WoW, and billions of eastern junks(this includes that horrid Aion, glad i only beta'ed)!

They said that they were gonne use a other kind of paying system, not monthly fee.. you do have to buy it somehow that for sure.. but I think they will add some micro pay thingys for the good stuff ^^
