Yavin_Prime writes: Wow it looks great I just hope that ship interiors continue to expand and have a true meaning to the game. Also I'm curious how much you'll be able to customize them? Will each class of ship have a preset bridge or will you be able to chose from a select number of possible bridges like you would with the outside of your ship? Thu Nov 19 2009 5:46PM
MikeB writes: Around 20 possible bridges. Thu Nov 19 2009 5:50PM

kevmachine writes: Cool Cool, it's not bad, I mean there is a lot they could improve on but overall it is looking pretty cool, can't wait. Thu Nov 19 2009 11:01PM
Saerain writes: Yeah, the way Cryptic edits all their videos is not conducive to the already choppy footage. Champions videos had the same problem. The game plays very smoothly and the animations are almost good, but you'd never guess it from the videos Cryptic released. Thu Nov 19 2009 11:11PM
wgc01 writes: Looks nice.. :) Thu Nov 19 2009 11:27PM
Alienovrlord writes: I wonder if we'll actually be able to go into the bridge view when we're doing ship combat. Not that anyone would do that normally since it would obstruct so much of your view, but it would be nice to switch the bridge view when you know you're about to destroy your enemy so you can get that classic 'Fire' command :) Thu Nov 19 2009 11:56PM
Persephassa writes: Very nice. It gave me a sort of Jump To Lightspeed nostalgia. I really like the idea of being able to switch from maneuvering in space, doing combat, and running around inside the ship. Fri Nov 20 2009 12:10AM
rerednaw writes: Well if each 'section' of a ship is instanced (like the starbases) there's no reason why eventually a cargo bay, sickbay, shuttlebay, main engineering, etc...cannot be coded. Heck it wouldn't take most of us to render it ourselves fairly quickly. Even with a toolset like City of H/V. I do find the idea of custom bridges on ships of the line a bit...off though. But hey it's 500 years from now, maybe they don't mind drapes, drapes, drapes! Fri Nov 20 2009 1:03AM
vvistovv writes: love the music and sound effects :] Fri Nov 20 2009 4:11AM
Yamota writes: Looks good but then again most MMORPGs looks good the first month. It is after the first month we will see if this game is another failure like Champions Online or not. Fri Nov 20 2009 4:12AM

Arjenta writes: yeah the bridge will be cool, but give us the holodeck!! Fri Nov 20 2009 5:16AM
mmcguire2 writes: Space is looking great but the ground stuff looks like ass. will we always be stuck in 3rd person or can we go 1st like EF? Fri Nov 20 2009 11:28AM
indiramourn writes: So, the bridges are just eye-candy? You can't actually interact with any of those control panels, right? I mean, I love the way that all looks, but how much can we interact with it? Fri Nov 20 2009 12:02PM
Karahandras writes: How is this a 'bridge' gameplay trailer, apart from 2 people pointing at the viewscreen in oversized bridges? Fri Nov 20 2009 12:20PM
CujoSWAoA writes: There's never been a good star trek game in the history of video gaming. Just a side fact. Fri Nov 20 2009 5:30PM
avalon1000 writes: Why is it that American mmo's have poor character animation a compared to Korean games (which usually have poor landscapes). Why don't you guys just get together and put out a game with both? Fri Nov 20 2009 11:41PM
Label_This writes: Please rename it it 'Cryptic Trek' before release, because it doesn't seem to resemble 'Star Trek' at all. Sat Nov 21 2009 9:47AM

babstefan writes: Looks great can't wait for the game. Hope the game play is as good. Sat Nov 21 2009 2:15PM
Xondar123 writes: For anyone hoping to do stuff other than combat, you're gonna be very disappointed... Sun Nov 22 2009 12:22AM
wnnw98 writes: Combat looks terrible ... tank 'n spank in space? Sun Nov 22 2009 2:37PM
Sp00sh writes: I'll probably try it. But I think they could pull of some of the character animations better...make em look alive plz, not robots. People usually don't just stand in one spot, they move...(this is for the in-bridge scenes) Mon Nov 23 2009 2:11AM
Houndeye writes: I liked (Star Trek: The Next Generation: Birth of the Federation) that was a pretty good strategy game :P Mon Nov 23 2009 1:26PM

Ponico writes: They need to fire their video editing guy lol. Wed Nov 25 2009 8:14AM
tkobo writes: So, no ones bothered by the "Phasers only fire at low and stun" look of personal combat ? Having to shot your foe 4,5,8,20,etc.. times to drop it ? Just seems VERY odd for a star trek game, to be "knocking off hitpoints".... Sun Nov 29 2009 2:03AM
Scot writes: All window dressin atm, sounds rather number 2 to me. But it does open up the potential of having ship interiors play a role. Sun Nov 29 2009 9:04AM
sgreco1970 writes: the bridges seem pretty low quality but then the entire game seems to have a super low-res feel to it. However, i'm confused as to why they've intercut bridge footage with all that combat footage --they've already stated your bridge will be a social room and will not control even a single ship function. You can't even use the turbo-lift lol. Sun Dec 13 2009 1:10AM
SpyMaster356 writes: for anyone wondering about the super huge bridges, they had to enlarge so you could move around properly. Thu Dec 17 2009 6:47PM
mmcguire2 writes: This game still looks like ass to me, it isn't offering anything I want out of a StarTrek MMO. My biggest problem is I'm going to get it, I hope this isn't going to be the fate of the game. People playing it just because its StarTrek. Don't get me wrong, I want this to be the best game ever and I hope when I start playing it is. Even with the Old Republic coming out this is my new game of choice. Tue Jan 05 2010 10:08AM
