games72 writes: A fun game but $15 sub plus a big cash shop is just not worth it. There are better F2P + cash shop games and better sub games with a lot less cash shop presence. Immersion is lacking - they have beautifully rendered ship bridges with your crew at their stations that is nothing but eye candy - no use at all. This game would be better if it wasn't skinned as Star Trek, but since it is, it really needs better bridge officer immersion and good grief, the ability to fly your ship from the bridge, sitting in your captain's chair, not a panned out view that makes your 2,000 man battleship look like a little one man fighter. Worth noting it seems very instanced with loading screens that can get a bit annoying. Worth a try I guess (worse things to do with $15 for initial purchase I suppose), but I will not actually subscribe to this game. I've had no contact with customer service during my time in game, so can't comment on that. Mon Aug 15 2011 6:39PM
