Im just curious who you have choosen as your favorite captain in all the star trek series. My Favorite would be Janeway. And second just to get it out there is Sisko because he is the only one to have ever punched Q(he had it comming for a long time)

Janeway is next, then Archer. I think Picard is a wuss. Hes always trying for peaceful, rarely fighting, even when hes getting his butt kicked. Sisko and kirk go right in

Maybe we can make this more fair of a fight (lol someone start a hurt/heal thread w/ captains) but let's list the pros and cons of all the captains...here's a starter list for ya'll Archer Pros: Pioneer Beat the Xindi Porthos Cons: Inexperienced for space travel Doesn't play a good bad guy Kirk Pros: Set the standard Great fighter/tactician Gets all the ladies Cons: Standard was possibly too high Crappy ship Has rarely maintained a steady relationship Picard Pros: Wise and intellectual Peaceful Bitchin' ship Cons: Pansy Short temper Doesn't like kids Sisko Pros: Great fighter/tactician Strong willed Loves jazz (I would just like to point out that Jake Sisko was actually a good character, as opposed to Wesley Crusher. TNG failed miserably w/ Wesley) Cons: Was originally posted at a backwater assignment Religous title gets in the way Brought his son with him on assignment (Though this later proved to be beneficial to Jake) Janeway Pros: Strong willed Got her crew home Loves coffee (Tea is a pansy drink) Cons: Made some bad deals along the way Robot voice Was into Gothic hololiterature

Captain Pike was quite impressive. You could ask him any question, and he would answer them with a few bells and flashing lights. I don't even remember him blinking. That rules. Lets talk about the one Captain I really wasn't that thrilled about. Janeway. I hated her whispering with a passion. Argggggggg Also she had this toxic voice that caused my ears to bleed. The doctor told me that if I watch Voyager anymore I could become so ill.....that only death can cure . PS: (DS-K7) Jake was gangley not impressive...Now Nog really was special. I know you like Deep Space Nine. So did I. That was the last great Star Trek show on TV.
