tmr819 writes: For a free-to-play, it doesn't look half bad, really. I am curious as to this game's soloability as an option. Nothing is said regarding this on the Features page of the RoM website. If the game were soloable, I might give it a try. Fri Sep 05 2008 7:51AM
tigris67 writes: looks as if Blizzard could have made the thing themselves. And thats not necessarily a con, considering Blizzard has high production standards. Fri Sep 05 2008 8:39AM
Batak_Killer writes: wow 2? no seriously, it looks very good for a f2p Fri Sep 05 2008 8:45AM

redderick writes: I am not extremely knowledgeable about this game YET, but this video has inspired to me to at least research it. If there is anything innovative about it, there might be something to this game. I am kind of worried that it will just be a click, skill 1,2,3 kill find item....rinse,repeat game and I have had enough of that. But again I don't know enough. Off to the forums! Clades writes: I've been playing since the first day of closed beta for Euro and US, and I must say that this game is amazing so far, however, it is nowhere near completion for non Chinese clients. A very good amount of dialogue is still in Chinese but is being patched up through updates. The fighting in this game is like no other. With the dual class system, you have dozens of possible spells, attacks, and strategies by the time you have reached level 10 on both classes. The quests are also very original. Sure there are collection and grinder quests like any other mmo, but these quests are also very similar to WoW on the basis that they all have interesting and progressive story lines as well a great rewards. The only thing I am discouraged about with this game is the crafting system. There are three basic materials to craft, wood, plants, and ore, which can make any type of object for crafting. The one thing that really bothers me is cooking and tailoring. How did I just make a roasted fish out of a couple of pieces of grass and a stick of wood? Same for tailoring. But all in all, it's amazing, even if it is F2P, it is designed better than 90% of all other mmo's Fri Sep 05 2008 12:24PM

mackdawg19 writes: This game is basically a free WoW with bonus's to housing and dual classing. It pretty much blows away the competition for f2p games in the grind area. RA, which is the korean version of this game had grind. It wasn't much, but you noticed it. This revamp for EN makes it play out like a quest driven game. You can grind, but you can reach max level, which is 50 by just questing. Very good f2p, and probably the best western f2p out there hands down. Fri Sep 05 2008 1:58PM
Guillermo197 writes: Problem I have with F2P MMO's is 1. Item Malls and 2. Horrible and immature kiddie community. Fri Sep 05 2008 4:07PM
fenrisblue writes: crap on a stick,..thats what this game is going to be, i would rather pay the 15 bucks a month for a great game Fri Sep 05 2008 6:20PM
loudstar writes: fenir..stop trollin.you dont know anything about this game.Im in beta.busted ass too.and im proud to say this is gonna be a great game.best f2p ever. watch the dev videos....they say alot about how they dont want the mall to over balnce anything at all...what you can buy there you can buy ingame with gold.as for translation the other guy was saying...he knows nothing.its done they are just waiting to implemnt it etc.do some reasearch people before you dismiss it.really act like a gamer and try to enjoy a game.the game really is fun...i cant stress enough how fun it is..and for guild vs guild. pvp and server vs server..it really is something differnt. fwhite writes: What I see here is much better than what I expected. The models and animation are reasonably good. The music was good. The environments looked like someone designed to be something, as opposed to most F2P games which have acres and acres of bland similarity. This promises story to go with places, and that combined with the other details make RoM alluring at least. If it has the rich story of Everquest, it will be a formidable force for years to come. nileq writes: It's F2P so count me out Thu Sep 11 2008 3:52AM
Blodyavenger writes: That's looks just awestome. I think it's going to be the best F2P game out here! Fri Sep 12 2008 4:03AM

Kaiby9 writes: Looking at it, it just inspires me with a feeling of averageness, it probably will be 'quite good' but i've got the feeling i wont be playing it for long if i started it. I Think i may be just waiting it out for guild wars 2 for my next big MMO fix. Sun Dec 14 2008 6:42PM
