Horrid community in some parts, but that'll happen eh? Very friendly and great people in other parts. Also note this is PAY TO WIN. Horrible game unless you are rich, then you'll be fighting other rich people.

For those who want to play this game for a while, at the endgame its a must to pay a lot on the itemshop. This game isn't as cheap 2 play as it looks.

Level up one class of a character for free in Runes of Magic, once, then go play something else.
Runes of Magic has such potential. Two races. Three classes with two intertwined at once. Long, intricate storylines. Decent graphics and sounds. Customer service that at least tries.
All of that said, leave Runes of Magic at endgame. One broken quest can deny a character millions of experience points. Expect to level only one of your three classes. Runes of Magic is badly hacked by various endgamers, too, which makes its broken pvp systems and even raiding a miserable experience for MMO players that refuse to cheat.

Game had a lot of potential to be very fun and genre-changing. But the dual class sytem was implemented VERY poorly. Worse than final Fantasy XI

To be honest, one of the things I like best about this game is the music. It has a sort of medieval quality about it. It's the only game I play that my wife doesn't ask me to turn off the music.

1)Dual class system makes this game a bit more interesting
2)Gameplay is smooth
3)The never ending quests are very helpful in terms of leveling and getting some ok items
4)Game is party based so you get to meet people along the way(or not if ur that strong)
5)Customer service is horrible
6)Some lag here and their bugs are around most corners hopefully it will be fixed soon
7)Cant complain for a f2p its pretty good
8)Cash shop isnt a necessity in RoM and diamonds(item shop currency) can be bought for in game gold.So its f2p if u make it f2p
