Storming of the Acropolis Now Live
Patch 2.1.2 aka "Storming of the Acropolis" has been deployed to Runes of Magic live servers today. The update adds the Halloween Pumpkin Festival event, new elite skills for the Elven classes, and an expansion of the "Aotulia Volcano" zone.

Buy Wings Tonight, Expires Tomorrow
Are you a Runes of Magic player feeling a bit of wing envy over the recently released Aion? Well, the folks at Runewalker Entertainment don't want you to feel left out, and so wings are now available for purchase in the in-game store as of this morning. There is a catch, however. The wings will only be available until tomorrow at 5PM PST. Unlike Aion, the wings are purely for vanity purposes and have no function. But hey, who doesn't like wings?

The Elven Prophecy Now Live!
Chapter II: The Elven Prophecy is now on live servers! Those of you who have been having withdrawals due to the lack of Elves in the game will be pleased to know you can finally make one and explore the new lands of Taborea. The new chapter brings more than just Elves to the game, introducing two new classes, the Druid and the Warden as well.

The Elven Prophecy Adds New Raid
A new 12-man raid joins the list of features to be introduced with the release of Chapter II: The Elven Prophecy on September 15th. The new "Hall of Survivors" raid is geared towards accomplished endgame characters and will feature eight new bosses.

The Elven Prophecy to Launch Sept. 15
The Elven Prophecy, the major content update to Frogster's Runes of Magic, is now penciled in for a September 15th, 2009 launch date. The update will introduce the Elves as a new playable race, as well as an assortment of new Elven zones.

New Zone: The Weeping Coast
Chapter 2: The Elven Prophecy will be released in multiple stages, with the first stage coming this August. The initial rollout of content will bring a new zone called "The Weeping Coast" to Taborea, along with 200 new quests, and a raise of the level cap to 52.

New Mounts, Diamonds for All!
Frogster is giving away 20 diamonds to every active user of Runes of Magic. Purchasing diamonds at regular price will also reward users with an extra 900 diamonds. Two new mounts are also available in the Item Shop, and those are the Wild Lions and Night Lions.
