Sad, just sad.  This game was forced out in the face of massive beta tester feedback savaging the game's set up, UI, etc. by Sony in a money grab.

Players found the game stale, unfinished and with a crippled UI that robbed whatever fun you might be able to scrap out of this mess.  Predictibly, the player base crashed to the near zero state it is now.

SoE promised monthly content updates ... which quickly fell by the wayside.  The game now only exists as a cash shop for SoE to chisel money out of the few people still playing.  Monthly free content?  hahha... Nope, now you have to pay for EVERYTHING.

Welcome to the world of SoE.

Looks like a fun and beautiful game. Too bad its on the brink.

DCU isnt dead!

I started playing this game from the begining and I really loved it. Combat system is amazing and unique. DCU its real action MMO. U cant just press button to win fight; active blocking + combo system cant let u sleep during gameplay. UE server.

True is SOE made me to quit this game after 3 months of playing. To many lags, problem with comunication with other players and the worst of all population going down. Trollers!!!!

I started playing Aion (total fail PvP) 

After 4months I give DCU last chanse even everywhere this game is atacked by trollers.  I loged in to find out mega servers are working. No problem to find ppl to play with, ques for pvp make me w8 max 5min;). The problem with comunication is fixed! Didnt noticed any lags which made me crazy before. 

I created new char on US server Im in the UK and dont have any issues that Im using US server (much more populated!!!) and found out that DCU IS NOT DEAD!!! Pvp started from the beggining. Many many new players. In just first day of playing had more pvp than in aion for 2 months of playing.

Legends arenas starting from lvl 5 and its take me to w8 like 2 min to get in with full team on both siedes! 

All problems what made me quit DCU r fixed. 

If u wonna play DCU go on US server doesnt matter where u from. Trust me this game isnt dead.

Ya the game isn't dead. There are still plenty of people playing the game. I'll be running around the city and i'll find other heroes or villains doing there thing. Not as much as in beta, obviously, but more than i expected. The population isn't near to zero..

I won't compare it to other mmo's including super hero mmo's but this one has a special place in my heart. It's a great game if you just want to have fun. For those who enjoy picking every flaw in a game too pieces, this is not the game for you..

I beta'd this game and really enjoyed the fast-paced fighting.

I was also impressed by the unreal engine and how well it functioned on my 2-year old comp with everything turned up.

This addition looks really fun, and I'm waiting for more and more to come out.
