well ever since DC universe went F2P and their new patch and switching things over to become free 2 play game.

theres been major issues today theres been a few server crashes and login connection issues and disconnections duren login and once you get to character selection screen to go in the the game world.

the GM's was not prepared for such a over load of gamers and their server crashed even before it hit full status for members connecting.

it was only at med status for US PC server users and also theres been complaints and worries from the US PS3 server as well I guess.

and as well as other servers too.

this will become a problem for DC universe online staff and programers if their VIP whales get up set any more from this issue and want a refund and leave DC universe online completely.

this means there won't be any more fast updates cause low income on the game staff side.

cause all their VIP whales might leave and go on to better and more promising games that are setup for a max over run of players and don't have such an issue of login errors or login disconnections or loads of disconnections while playing the game or even server crashes.

this shows to the public that their equipment for their servers and connections for accepting such a over load of gamers at once is not designed for such a over load.

and of course the GM's favorite things to say its your equipment not our end doing it.

but bare whitness before the F2P started I my self never had a login in issue or error or lag or disconnection or being disconnected from the game duren game play.

I played for over 7 hours one day and enjoyed it before this F2P started up.

and never once had any problems or lag or disconnection or login errors or login disconnection issues !

and I know of a few other people too, that had never had this problem till today.

sorry DC universe online but I love the game and the combat style and fast pace action and fighting in the game and the Free for all PVP server as well.

but needless to say if you don't come to your senses and wake up and fix this problem and upgrade your equipment and stop blaming the issues on the gamers equipment when its not always that at all.

it's your servers, their not setup or can not handle such a stress level they cause problems and issues cause the stress and overload of gamers and your not even at max full capacity yet for US PC server. or from I read on the forums any of your servers.

so if you don't want to lose your piggy bank  VIP whales that paying gamers.

then I suggest you upgrade your equipment and fix this major problem.

before you start losing out  from your $ pockets.

Even LotRO, who is know for having successful lanches, had a bit of trouble on the first day of F2P (well, and their new expac had a fair share of bugs).

They switched to the "megaservers" and the login servers probably weren't ready for the influx of free players.

Considering they offer quite a bit of game for free, I think it's a great deal, moreso for a casual player than a hardcore raider.  I just wish there was a way to unlock the gold cap permanently, then I'd never need a sub!

BTW, I played for a number of hours today on the PS3 and had one login queue and one server crash.  All in all, it wasn't that bad at all!
