DC Universe Online Media: Green Arrow Revealed
The team from Sony Online Entertainment has released these new screenshots letting players know how Green Arrow is going to look in the upcoming MMORPG, DC Universe Online.

With his excellent aim, Green Arrow (Oliver "Ollie" Queen) is an expert archer who never misses a shot at cleaning up the streets of Star City. His marksmanship is constantly giving him the opportunity to invent new kinds of arrows, including a boomerang arrow and dozens of other tricks that explode on impact. The by-products of his years of study and spiritual training are his enhanced strength and stamina, which are matched only by his political convictions.
The Green Arrow is a key member of the Justice League of America and a very close friend to Green Lantern. Friends of Green Arrow consider him a bit outspoken for his own good but his cutting wit and devilish smile infuriates his rivals including Captain Boomerang, who yearns for the day to defeat Green Arrow.

Cool, right after Bats, Green Arrow is one of my fav DC heroes. :D
This game looks so amazing. It loos so much better then the CoX games and CO. From what I have read about the game and how the graphics look, it looks like they are finally making a real super hero MMO and doing it much better then it has been done before.
I don't really feel looks much different from CoX, personally. The picture I saw with the fire animation looks rather crappy. It has also been rumored that it will be free to play. No one is quite sure how it will be implemented, but usually the free to play communities aren't that great.
I have hopes that it will be a good superhero game. I played CoH for four years (until the dreaded Mission Architect), and I'm currently playing CO (which I'm hoping will get better), both games have kinda let me down. We shall see what DC offers, but with SoE at the helm, I'm not expecting much.
I LOVE the art direction of this game and really hope it will be much better than Champions Online.

On CoH, they have finally nerfed MA back to where folks are grouping again. PVP still sucks however. I, however, still love this game but only play very casually. I get my moneys worth there. CO has a poor launch but you may see it get better but I just know on it.
I've see DCUO in action and its more of a console style player but its, currently in alpha state, pretty fun. My hope is it will be a much more complete and polished launch. I saved my new super hero interest for it.
Seeing the screens of Zat, I hope she can't mind wipe you and make you lose levels lol
Also, if you check the other screenies, you'll see Ollie's squeeze, Black Canary (yowza!)
