Jennyfyr writes: This game is so broken it isn't funny. The first mission you get, gets you smattered by seeker mines that destroy your ship, and send you right back to Spire Station. The tutorial isn't very user friendly, and most things are covered only briefly, leaving you to figure out how many things work on your own. Even the simplest level one mobs jump you in numbers of 5 or more, leaving you constantly repairing your ship and equipment. I see now why this game is free with a cash shop. Stay away from this, unless you're a glutton for punishment. This needs a massive overhaul, that the company that runs it isn't likely to perform any time soon. Worf writes: Configuring to use a decent OLD joystick just isn't possible with BP. Sadly they don't bother to look at open sourced games that let people choose from a predefined list and/or edit their joystick configuration. Descent 1, Descent 2, and Freespace 2 are ALL open source and ALL 3 show how to PROPERLY configure joysticks so that even NON-Standard Joysticks will be usable. They don't want to be confused with the facts that it just isn't all that hard to FIX the problem... They just don't seem to care OR they want to force you to use a NEW Joystick that many people just can't afford these days! I have tried this game 2 times and it will NEVER EVER be on my MUST Play or MUST Buy list due to the ineptness of the Developers. >:( Sat Oct 15 2011 1:29AM
