Ndoors Interactive has announced the addition of a new B-Class Mercenary, Empress Himiko, to their free-to-play turn-based MMORPG Atlantica Online.

The new mercenary is being introduced to the game as part of Atlantica's March game update, and she possesses three distinct abilities:

• Empress' Blessing: This powerful spell shields allies from all magic cast by an opponent
• Empress' Curse: The counterpart to Himiko's Blessing prevents enemies from using magic for a certain period of time
• Empress' Bow: A character using this bow will cause more damage to ranged-type mercenaries (those who use a bow, gun, cannon or instrument) in a player vs. player (PvP) battle.

Players looking to acquire Empress Himiko should speak to the NPC Sumi, who is located in the haunted Tatami Room to begin the Empress Recruitment quest. In addition, players can purchase Empress Recruitment items through Merchant Mercurious.
