Where is the NPC [GM] Patty who I turn in my clovers to?  Im only level 11 right now so I may need some tight directions

Also, around what level do you reach Rome?  I hear you can perform appearance and class changes there? (just curious)

Well GM patty is a moving NPC around atlantica online, to be able to locate the moving npc, you can go to Livingstone near Bucharest.. he reveals the current location of different traveling people.. so go to livingstone to know where she is.. and you can use your peer chat and ask other players if they saw GM patty...  :)
