IS there will be big diffrence between AT-US and AT-EU ?

I doubt it, just be in german, and possibly a few patches behind (but might catch up).

i wonder if this will affect EU players that are playing in the US server? would they migrate to the new server?

Maybe mid-level characters would switch. But I highly doubt any 120+ who would switch quickly.

unless they allowed that their accounts to be transfered, i guess if it's possible, there would be some additional fees for it

some mmos allowed this kind of transfer
