ya, it's more for the german players and even some EU players i wonder if this will affect EU players that are playing in the US server? would they migrate to the new server?

Maybe mid-level characters would switch. But I highly doubt any 120+ who would switch quickly. |

unless they allowed that their accounts to be transfered, i guess if it's possible, there would be some additional fees for it some mmos allowed this kind of transfer
