Your obiously a moron if you get hacked that easly dude. I go on gold sites all the time and NEVER in the history of playing Atlantica or any other game have been hacked because of it. The only time I get hacked is when the whole system gets hacked and thats very very rare. Choose your words wisely next time and stop acting like the world hates you lol.

a) telling the game support that an account is yours which is not, and they give you control over that account, is not hacking but simply taking advantage of an unexperienced support staff.

b) if you get a keylogger on your system, and then someone uses the information aquired that way to take over your account, then it IS your fault. there is nothing a company can do to prevent keyloggers working on your system. it is your job to be careful on the web about what programs get on your computer and which ones dont.
the support staff can try to restore your account and give it back to you, which means then that worktime and money is down the sink, because of the stupidity of whoever got the keylogger. and this is not hacking either. hacking would be if someone for example would break into the database where all the information about the users is stored and manipulates it, which is very very hard to do.

People often have too simple passwords, or too simple security questions when trying to get back the password. Or they give their password to friends and guildmates, or pay people to level their characters or go to dubious websites to buy gold and items... And then they complain if they lose control over their account? It's their fault.

giving your passwords to your friends,guild mates, etc.,??? *sight poor gamers... they really deserved that.. i feel sorry for them..
