    • This game is incredible. I have found no other game that gives you so many choices for game play. What other game is completely controlled by its players? The complaints about the graphics are absurd in my opinion. Yes they are a bit dated, but a new engine is slated for 2008. Really, if this game had state of the art graphics like the shoebox games the performance would make it unplayable. The fact that the map is a seamless 1/2 scale rendering of western Europe with no instances or loading screens puts quite a load on dated PCs. They have made every effort to keep the game available to those who cannot afford to upgrade to the latest and greatest. The dev team is the best, always communicating with the playerbase and allowing them to have some involvment with the production process via feedback. They have just released a major patch that has made preservation of equipment even more important and added some nice new visual effects as well. After 6 years this game is still going strong and continues to get better.

    • Free trialled it and didn't like it. Graphics are ancient, and there are far too few players. You'll find yourself traveling for 20 minutes just to get killed by someone you can't see. It should be WWI online too, because the factions are British French, and German (No Americans or Russians?) And the front is a static one like you'd see in WWI. Not a very good representation of WII. Try it if you like WWII simulation type games, otherwise dont' bother.

    • This really is a great game. The complaints about the graphics not being good are not true, the graphics in this game are pretty good in this game in my opinion. The community I rated 10. Really, everyone is friendly, always willing to help a noobie, and, well, friendly. :) Service great as well, many, many members of Cornered Rat are very active in the game's forums, and can occasionally be seen in game, plus they are very friendly like the community. Overall, this is a really great game and I hope you at least try it out.

    • Good ww2 simulation game. You can fly (with practice), drive a tank, man a AA or AT gun, drive a boat, and infantry. You start off with limited types of units, then as you rank up you gain access to more. If you do start, I suggest you join a squad (you will see an option when you log into game) You will enjoy the game much more if you play with a squad. Some require you to have ventrilo or teamspeak for easy coordination.

    • This is honestly a great game, probably the most undervalued MMO out there! As a world war 2 simulator this game is top of its class with no rival. As a fun game there are things that sometimes can be frustrating but on the whole it is a blast to play. Best thing you can do is get a squad and start playing with others, you'll fall in love pretty quick!

    • Awsome WWII game, I come and go but as one person pointed out, there is an issue with balance of the sides. Other then that, best WWII sim out there! fly, ground, water all the combat is there and more!

    • Epic battles. The best World War 2 "Simulation" out on the market ever. Highly detailed rank structure, vehicle control, and weapon models mimics real life military like no other game out period. The game makes you respect the troops that battled and spilled blood on these simulated fields of battle in WW2 like no other game. A must have for any hardcore WW2 enthusiast. Salute!
