    • I played this game for a few months after quitting SWG then went on to something else. But this is the game I came back to. The graphics aren't awesome but they don't need to be. I can score a kill at up to 1000m with a rifle because I can see that far! I've rated sound as 10 because you can identify tanks and weapons simply by their sounds, even at quite long ranges. And the whole game and the way the front lines move is just amazing. I've not seen any other game like it. EVen in a small skirmish, you are contributing to a real theatre-wide battle. Everyone works together for their side to achieve victory. Give it a try, especially if there is a free trial on offer, and see what you think. Even if you don't end up subscribing, you'll enjoy the experience.

    • Okay.. so my friend plays this game and he likes it a lot. I decided to give it a try, but after a few hours I have experienced crashing out of the game 5 times!!! Argh! This game is so unstable and the lag is terrible. IIt's super annoying not to be able to just aim freely because you only get 10 fps! I have an Ati 1950 PRO and 2.5gb ram. I think I should be able to play this game, especially with the bad graphics. All the grass look alike and the terrain is pretty much copied over and over throughout the whole world. .. I'm really disapoointed with this game. .. I think you could probably get a better experience from playing Battlefield II!! Omfg... I give it 2 graphics, 6 sound, 1 roleplaying because there is no. 3 value, 4 fun because it is a bit fun to sneak around and try to kill someone, but it isnt all that fun at all! 2 community because it is very small and it took a while before anyone actually answered me when I was asking for help. Customer service 3. And LAG 1!!! ARGH! Laggy junk game. I'd much rather play something like Runescape. At least THAT game doesnt lag!!!!

    • People talk about the bad Graphics in this game but have to look at the shear size of this game you can see for 6 miles when flying what other game as that sight range, the only downside to me is that in large battle the game tends to slow down and lag a lot, though I have seen worse, the community is outstanding also there is always someone willing to help a newbie out

    • If this game had better graphics. Imagine how much more popular it would be! Its already rated 8.1 with it like this. A new graphics engine and this will be so popular. If I had to choose between stupid gameplay in wow with good graphics than this awesome gameplay with bad graphics i'd choose this any day!

    • Tried this game 2 years ago on an old PC and was not impressed. Now, new machine and more understanding of the mechanics I'll have to say, it's great. Great community, fun and actionpacked as hell. Jump into firefights right away, nightfights, teamplay, jump into a plane and dogfight or work behind the frontlines as truckdriver - its all there. Graphics are ok, gameplay and Frames/second are much more important than that.

    • Probably the most immerssive game out there! If you are interested in World War 2 this is the closest you will get to experiencing it. Cons: Oldish graphics, occasional lag, steep learning curve. Pros: Sound is fantastic, you can play infantry, ATG/AAA, tank/truck, planes or boats, teamplay in a squad. Yes you can die within 20 minutes of wandering around the huge map! BUT you shouldn't be wandering you should be using cover and your ears to stay alive. If you invest time into understanding the game, join a squad and use the forums you will get your just rewards... Re-enactment on the PC!

    • I love the game. Been playing for 6 years off and on, mostly on. It has many issues, but the rewards are far greater than the downsides. No game has ever given me more moments of "wow" in my entire life. Great community, nothing is ever the same and the scale is immense to say the least. It keeps getting better and better.
