While at GDC we had the opportunity to talk to Todd Harris, Executive Producer of Global Agenda, where he gives us an introduction to the game, and talks about classes, conquerable territory, and more.
Cheers to Keith Cross and everyone else from MMORPG who was involved in this one! The interview shed light on some of the systems near and dear to my own heart, and cleared up a few others. I especially liked hearing about Global Agenda's take on "crafting," and also the description of the "hex maps."
I've gone ahead and written up a preliminary transcript (edited for flow, but otherwise full, and should be free of spelling errors, etc) for our fellow gamers who might be hearing-impaired, as well as for those who could not access the video for whatever reason. It's good information to know, and we obviously want as many people to have access to it as possible.
