CONS: Lag and rubberbanding, bugs, repetetive quests, places become boring after a while (snow, desert, city, sewers, labs, etc), low max lvl (40) and too fast lvling: PVE lovers might get bored of it fast. Extraordinarily unresponsive, rude & not generally having a clue what's going on in their own game. If you have an issue, either figure it out on your own, get a sg-mate to help you, or say "screw it" and drop the mission. 2) The music, while appropriate-ish, will grate on you after awhile. I've long since disabled it from the ingame menus & have iTunes running in the background. Aside from these issues, CO is an excellent game & well worth the $$--which can be as low as FREE! As many have noted, best character customization in an MMO, both in terms of visually and powers (if you subscribe). Missions are standard fare. The crisis zones are a nice touch, but they are too infrequent. They have added a lot of content since launch – see adventure packs. I think the adventure packs have added a lot to the game aside from content though. My chief criticism at launch was the lack of much encouragement or facilitation of grouping. The adventure packs are now something that people do tackle as a group and I think that is positive for an MMO. If you enjoy soloing, the game is and always was very friendly to you, with little you can’t accomplish solo. Some of the backstories are well done. But the missions/quests themselves seem to be poorly made crap thrown in as filler. This isn't to say all content is like that, some are very well done and enjoyable. But the majority is just garbage used to grind away levels mindlessly. In summary, it's the best character customization system I've seen in any MMO, sadly placed into a very uninspiring and rather boring game world, with only a few momments of genuine entertainment.
