The first power in the upcoming Celestial power set to be released this October with Champions Online's first major game update, Blood Moon, has been revealed today on the game's official website. The first power is, naturally, the set's energy builder and is called "Radiance". Radiance will have some interesting quirks when compared to other energy builders, namely that it will damage enemies as normal, but will also heal allies if you target an ally with it.

The devchat will take place, as usual, on IRC and you will need to either connect to irc.coldfront.net and join #championsonline with your IRC client of choice, or use Coldfront's Java chat client. The format of the devchat has changed somewhat, with the questions answered during the devchat coming from a specific forum thread, and audience questions to be fielded near the end of the devchat.

The timeframe for when this free respec will be given out isn't provided however, as the developers say they still need time to get the tech setup so that they can issue free respecs to only the Early Start players.

Champions Online, like Final Fantasy XIV, and The Lord of the Rings Online is also experiencing issues trying to launch on the XBOX 360 platform. Like all the other gamse mentioned, the problem is XBOX Live, and the logistics of running a MMOG on the service.
