Reloaded Update Brings Vehicles Into the Game

Champions Online players will definitely want to check out the latest update to the game. Called "Reloaded", the new patch brings the much requested vehicle system into CO. Players will be able to fully customize their vehicles much as they did when creating their heroes.

Millenium City Under Siege

Champions Online players are being called into the fray as Destroids have invaded Millenium City. The city's billboards have been hacked and are constantly displaying a message of doom. Heroes need to come to the fight.

The Nighthawk comes to Champions Online

Super-heroism has wings and jet engines in the Nighthawk update for Champions Online, including the first taste of the superhero, action MMORPG's brand new vehicle system. Framed by a corporate super-villain, the vigilante hero Nighthawk must clear his name. The call has been made for players to band together, taking the fight to the skies with Hawkwing jetfighters.

Gravitar Wants to Party with You and 9 Others

The Champions Online site has been updated with a new Rampage Alert featuring that ultra bad girl, Gravitar. The alert is specially designed to cater to the ten able bodied heroes in the 35-40 range.

'Unauthorized Access' Revealed

The Cryptic Studios page has been updated with the announcement that its servers have been the victim of what the press release calls 'unauthorized access'. More troubling is the further announcement that the attacks began in December of 2010 and resulted in user account names, handles, and encrypted passwords for those accounts being made accessible to the intruders.

New On Alert Trailer

Perfect World Entertainment and Cryptic Studios have released a new trailer for Champions Online that features a look at the systems overhaul that the game is undergoing in the "On Alert" update. On Alert also brings some new systems into the game including Questionite, Recognition, and the all new Alerts System. Check it out!

A Fool's Errand Begins

Archetype Rotation Introduced

Put On Your Dancin' Shoes for the 2nd Anniversary

Cryptic Studios and the Champions Online team are asking players to get ready for a party royale as the second anniversary of the game nears. The party begins on Thursday, September 1st and runs thorough Monday, September 5th. The team has party favors, costume unlocks and other perks planned for players.
