Well, it was ok last time I logged in a few weeks ago. You can expect it to drop though. PWE are putting IP bans on half the world so even people with lifetime subs in places like Russia, China, Hong Kong, etc. are going to find themselves locked out.

They're also introducing a new system of confirming identity that tries to keep track of 'known' computers. If you log in from a different location, it locks you out and sends you an email with an unlock code.  They haven't specified how that works but if it's based on IP addresses, it's going to be a real pain in the neck for people with dynamic IP's.
