any one actually playing the game know how to make a character that uses Power Armor or Dual Blades?   I can't seem to do it from the creation screen.

Hmm, I haven't played in months since Im here in Afghanistan but with the free to play version you have to pick a premade Archtype.  I am not sure if either of those are available for silver players yet.

you can.  it might be taht your limited in your choices because of F2p vs sub or your not high enough lvl.  

Fyi those skill sets wont work well together due to the "mechanized" mecahnic of PA and the debuffs you get.  But play how you want.
