Has anyone had the opportunity to test out the Heavy Weapons set that is coming out in a week?

I think it is called Devestation or something like that.....

I'd be interested in hearing how the new archetype is coming as well.

i dont think this is a new weaposn set.  It is an archtype that uses the big guns in the munitions tree.

I thought it was a new archtype under Brick.....and it was melee based with hugenormous weapons!  Some of the animation uses both hands when wielding the weapon but many use one hand.  This is due to the customization and people making deformed characters with massive bodies and stubby arms.  It would be impossible to make many two handed animations with a character like that!

Anyway, it is supposed to go live today!  Im in Afghanistan so I hope someone posts their experiences about it here.

Wrong and wrong. Heavy weapons is gonna be a new power set, and it's gonna be released along with the new archtype using it, the Devastator. Read: new powerset for gold freeforms, new archtype for silver (paying) / gold.

It's a new set under Brick and the weapons are indeed heavy. So far pretty fun.

Leethe can you post some details about the animation and weapon size?  I can't play where I am....
