So every time i try to talk or send a whisper to some one, Says i cant cause i have a newly created account. I had the demo for a while. and an account with them even longer then that. So can anyone explain to me whats going on? Thanks

are you a free to play or subscription account?

I'm going to go ahead and guess free since if you have a subscription you dont have these problems.  Now i would then venture to guess that you didnt fully read (most likely) or understand the Free-to-Play matrix, which pretty well says exactly what you get.
