Its kinda dissapointing. CO was great in beta to have no timers, as promised. Why do half of my skills now have timers? CO was really ideal for an action combat where you did NOT have to wait for timers and NOT have to wonder, ohh noes I aggroed one too many. Its like they had a good vision once, but step by step walked away from it, alas.
