Even though it looked very similar, even TR's combat looked more fluid and dynamic and it's a much older game. This video definitely looks better than the last one, but the combat still looks way too stiff and one dimensional.

This game loosk good, and exactly what I would play in, is there room for improvement, yes, there always is. But really people, this wasnt ran on a top tier rig, and small graphical problems are not big to fix, everyone really seems to be focusing on the smallest things to bother them.

It never looks right to see avatars standing 5 feet apart shooting each other with aimed rifles.  Even worse if after 5 seconds nobody is down or even shows an animation suggesting an injury.

Graphically it looks fine, however what is up with all the rubberbanding of characters jumping back and forth as they move. If it weren't for that I would say it looks fine but that seems to be a real game breaker... also the staged fight in the video was more lame than cool.

This looks awful. They can't even code the network well enough for the players to move normally. The animations and battle also look horrible. The graphics are ok, but everything else seems even worse than some random super low budget chinese MMO...

That... was awful. For a game that is releasing soon, that looked absolutely terrible. The running animation looks abysmal, especially for females, but that's not a huge deal. The combat, however, looks so stiff and jumpy. Nothing fluid about it at all. That's really too bad, because the environment and most everything else looks pretty good. It's good that they are releasing something about the game before launch, but, umm... I think this video will detract people more than it will actually make them want to play this game.

I have play time with this game. All you people that are complaining about the rubberbanding, tearing and standing 5 feet from each other are completely and totally...correct. Currently the lag is so bad that combat is very difficult due to the client freezing for three seconds every thirty seconds or at the begininng of a fight. Fighting is try to hit a laggy target, no use of cover, no use of advance tactics. Ranges are a stones throw to cater to the melee toons that do piercing damage which by passes most of your defenses. Firing on people from ambush on hill tops and simular is very difficult to make work due to having to be in a stones throw of the target to hit. TR combat was light years better.

Movement animations are horrific, looks like you are on a tread mill that is set at 2 MPH. With all the games that came out before this I really dont understand why they are going this way. Basiclly, moving in the world feels like a chore and makes you want to beat your head on the desk.

On the flip side, the skill system is pretty cool and the game has a level of complexity to its systems that give it a great deal of potential...if they can revamp the combat to be more fast passed and tactical.

The looks seem spot on, very good scifi bloom atmospherics, I am bothered by frame rate in video, either bad aim or inproper offsets for bullets.

It looks mechanically glitchy, I am very worried about the playability. Seems they hired a triple A art team and then threw together a 2nd rate coders. 

It look good but I am frightened by the mechanics as this video makes me think there will be a lot of rubberbanding.

Guns kill, and they do it fast, every movie we have ever watched every news braudcast tells us this, so to watch two people just standing there blasting away for minutes with guns not trying to evade or duck or dodge is just stupid.

Sadly, until the technology is here that full true FPS or 3rd Persn Gears of war style game mechanics can be done in an mmo, these games are just going to suck.

The animations look off still, but I'd assume that is not a very high priority and will probably be dealt with later..

A TR like game in a sandboxy environment? Sounds awesome.. I may have to give it a shot

The staging of the gunfight is not realistic, the numbers would be more like one or two running around doing missions and four or five waiting to Gang Rape the others. It is the way all games before have been and will always be in open pvp games.

I am reminded of TR when I see this game, and remembers the days when gaming was enjoyable for pvp & pve. I feel ER will ever have that level of enjoyability. What a Shame.
