Here is a video from yesterday's test siege (from the new patch).

Seems that majority of the problems are gone. 40-50 ppl in one zone, shooting constantly and just minor lag spikes. My FPS dropped under 25 only when I had fraps recording. Still few bugs to consider and needs siege balance adjustments. Overall were two hours of fun.

So a lot of the performance issues seem to be cleared up on the test server?

My preface is that I want to want to like this game.  is it me, or does the game-play in that footage still look real clunky?

Its clunky

i give the video a 4,  not that the video was bad, but the games presentation just felt lacking, esspecially for a siege.

did anyone  go inside the base let alone made it inside??

Dunno, the test was a little bit late and I had to go to work. I saw another video, where some of the walls were broken and attackers were entering. However the whole siege was to test if there will be lag, glitches, disbalance.  The only major problem was that using some skill on the walls caused server crash, however MHS said that they are already fixing it. Surprisingly there was not lag and FPS was stable 20-25 with frapsing turned on and 40-60 people near me.

Still looks very clunky, like players are running through mud.

Give me the speed of Darkfall combat in the Earthrise setting and I'm there!

Thinking the same thing.

Still looks boring and clunky.   Seems they should offer a trial and/or activate old accounts to showcase the "improvements".
